Our options include direct
deposit, paper check, or bank issued
prepaid Visa card.
Where's My Refund?

Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
You may select to
e-file your tax return through the IRS. With this option your
refund will come to you directly from the IRS in the following
forms:
Direct deposit to
your bank account in
approximately 7-21
days from the date the IRS accepts your return.
EMC (electronic
mailed check) which arrives in
approximately 21-30
days from the date the IRS accepts your return.
*With the IRS option tax preparation fees are paid upfront.
Bank RT (Refund
Transfer)
RT is our most
popular e-file refund option. There are no upfront
fees. All applicable tax preparation and bank fees are
automatically deducted from your refund payment. You will
receive your refund by one of the following preferred
methods:
RT
Direct - Refund is deposited to your bank account in
approximately 7-21 days from the
date the IRS accepts
your return.
RT Check –
Refund Check is printed in our office in approximately 7-21 days
from the date
the IRS accepts your
return
Diamond Plus Card – Refund is deposited onto a personalized prepaid Visa Card. Refund deposited in approximately 7-21 days from the date the IRS accepts your return.
